Deposits: A 50% advance deposit is required at booking to confirm your reservation.
Fees: 3% Credit Card Fee per transaction, $25 Non-Refundable Damage Waiver, and a one-time Cleaning Fee. a. Cleaning Fees: Efficiency $95, 1-Bedroom $125, 2-Bedroom $165, 3-Bedroom $195.
Cancellations: Reservations must be canceled 7 days before your arrival date to receive a 95% refund. If canceled within 7 days before your scheduled arrival date, the 50% deposit is subject to forfeiture, including cancellations due to rain.
Hurricane Season Cancellations (June 1 – November 30): Full refunds for deposits will be provided for management-mandated cancellations due to Mandatory evacuations due to a hurricane forecasted to make direct landfall or have significant impacts in our area. In the event you are occupying and checked into a rental during a Mandatory evacuation, you will be refunded for the remaining nights of your stay.
10% discount for Military and Senior Citizens
Guests must be 21 years of age to make a reservation and check-in. Guests must be 25 years of age during March.
Two-night minimum stay is required on all reservations
Nightly Rates include Daily Towel and Linen Service – information will be provided to you via Check-In Instructions provided the day before your arrival.
Check-in time is 4:00 pm
Check-out time is 11:00 am
Coral Cay Condominiums will make every effort to keep you in the unit you have reserved. However, we cannot guarantee a specific unit as all units are individually owned and circumstance may arise which are outside of our control.
