Guest and Vehicle Form

All guests and vehicles must be registered.
Maximum occupancy is determined by condominium type. Rates are based on maximum number of guests per condominium type. My signature serves as authorization for Coral Cay Condominiums to use it as Signature on File for any items (including room charges, extraordinary cleaning charges or damage/loss charges) properly chargeable to my reservation. Coral Cay cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items. Excessive noise is not allowed and may result in eviction without refund. Parents must occupy a condominium with anyone under the age of 21 for the entire stay. Minors without a chaperone remain their parent’s responsibility. There is a $5 charge for lost keys. Check out is 11:00am, you will be provided check-out instructions the day before your departure. NO PETS ALLOWED (unless you are traveling with an ADA approved service animal and notify the office with the office before hand). A charge of $250/per day will be applied if an unauthorized pet is found in your condominium.
